To process your order, prepare it and finally dispatch it, our lead times are as follows:

A. Returning or Exchanging an Item That Does Not Suit You

You will receive a returns form that must be completed and included in your parcel. This form can also be downloaded from your customer account. If you do not have access to a printer, simply copy all the information from the form onto a piece of paper and include it in your parcel.

Then, send the product to the address indicated on the returns form. Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected and, according to your request, either exchanged or refunded.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that have not been requested or made within the specified timeframes, as well as returns containing items that are not in the same condition as when received. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that you have been refunded. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 days and will be made using the original payment method. If you have requested an exchange, you will also receive a confirmation email along with a new tracking number.
B. Returning an Item That Is Defective
We do everything possible to ensure that each item is of the highest quality and arrives in excellent condition. Nevertheless, if you encounter any issues, we apologise in advance. In such cases, please follow these steps:

Depending on how long you wait, you’ll have more or less chance of having your order cancelled or modified.
Please note that on average, if you wait more than 10 hours, the order will already be in progress and it will be impossible to cancel or modify it.
However, sometimes orders are processed in as little as 30 minutes to 1 hour – so don’t delay.

Your surprise is understandable, but please don’t worry.
If you have ordered multiple products, it is possible that you will receive them gradually.
This is completely normal, as our goal is to deliver your items as quickly as possible – we do not wait for all items in the order to be ready before dispatching.
