Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns and Right of Withdrawal:

Restocking fee: £0

Shipping costs: At the customer’s expense

Return period: 14 days

Exchanges: Accepted.

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide any reason or pay any penalty.

However, the return shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense.

Here is the returns procedure:

Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days from the receipt of your order.

If you wish to exercise this right, please do not hesitate to contact us, providing as much detail as possible about the situation and your request.

Here is the process:

A. You wish to return or exchange an item that does not suit you.

    • Ensure that you are within the 14-day period.

    • The item must be in its original packaging.

    • The item must not have been worn or used.

If everything is in order, take photos of the product and contact us via the contact form, by email at contact@old-money-outfits.co.uk, or by post at 15 rue des Halles, 75001, Paris, France.

You will receive a returns form which must be completed and included in your parcel.

That said, this form can also be downloaded from your customer area.

If you do not have a printer, don’t worry – simply copy all the information from the returns form onto a piece of paper and include it in your parcel.

Also, make sure you haven’t forgotten anything, namely:

    • The order number.

    • The names of the returned items.

    • Your preference (refund, voucher, or exchange).

Then, send the product back to the address indicated on the returns form – please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Finally, once the item is received, it will be inspected and, according to your request, either exchanged or refunded.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that have not been requested or made within the stated time limits, as well as returns of items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

Once the return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email stating that you have been refunded.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 days and will be made using the same payment method you used for the order.

If you requested an exchange, you will also receive a confirmation email along with a new tracking number.

B. You wish to return an item that is defective.

We do everything possible to ensure that each item is of the highest quality and arrives in excellent condition.

Nevertheless, if there is any issue, we apologise in advance.

In this case, here is the procedure:

    • Complete the contact form, attaching photos of the product. These should show the entire product as well as its defects.

    • Do not clean the item, even if it has a stain or defect. Regardless of the defect, please inform us before taking any action, as failure to do so may result in your return being rejected.

    • Your request will be processed within 48 hours.

    • You will have the choice between a refund, a voucher, or an exchange.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

C. Items that cannot be returned

Some products, due to their nature, cannot be legally returned.

This includes:

  • Body products if they have been opened.
  • Any other product that may pose hygiene issues upon return.

Please note that in some cases, to expedite delivery, your items may be shipped in two separate orders.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have ordered multiple products and have any doubts regarding this.

DISPUTES:

Any dispute relating to the existence, interpretation, execution, or termination of the contract entered into between the Seller and the Customer, even in the case of multiple defendants, shall, failing an amicable settlement, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

However, it is also possible to resort to a mediator.
